  1. FYI…..Even on private planes, if it is a JET rated for 9 or more passengers there must be two pilots. That is why there were only 3 family members and 2 pilots. Pilots make about $125k per year and his second officer (co-pilot) is pulling down about $75k per year. In addition to having the money to own a private jet, It can cost you around 4 million a year just to own and maintain that baby.

  2. It's funny hearing the announcer say "Elizabeth -Tonn" when those of us who live in East TN actually pronounce it "Ee-liz-a-beth-tun." We just love adding more syllables to words and making them our own Southern concoctions. Really glad to know that Dale Jr. and family + passengers walked away from this crash with minor injuries. Looking at the plane and videos floating around, it's a miracle no one was killed. God bless the Earnhardt and passengers' family members, along with all the rescue workers, EMTs, and hospital staff who care for them.

  3. I don't think regular people know how many peoples stomachs dropped in the nascar community. Imagine someone saying Patrick mahomes plane crashed or mike trouts. Dale is nascar communities most popular figure. And after what happened with kulwicki and Allison as soon as we all heard his plane crashed we all thought the worst. But thwn they said he survived, cant help but think there was a little help from his daddy up there

  4. A plane crash…family needs help!!! Wait, let me break out my camera and film it instead! Oh here is a baby inside, let me keep filming! I need those likes and subscribers!

  5. Everyone kept saying"omg hope dale jr and family ok"what about those pilots they are the ones who make SURE dale jr and family was ok…no one giving these pilots any credit whatsoever smfh

  6. Its not jhonson hospital its jhonson city medical center. In jhonson city tn. The next town over from Elizabeththon tn where the crash happened not in Bristol tn

  7. Im glad he and his family are safe and survived, looks like the plane is a total loss. Is Danica Patrick ok?I'm assuming she got her pilots license and has a new job flying his plane,it looks like her handywork

  8. Is literally everyone that watches Fox a God bothering weirdo?! It’s sickening. “Thank God” er no, thank he pilots and medical staff…

  9. It’s Johnson City. City is part of the name. It’s a good thing they were ambulatory and able to evacuate themselves. It Amazes me no vehicles were struck because that’s a very busy highway.
Now Elizabethton has something to brag about other than that dilapidated covered bridge. The city leaders will want to put up a historical marker. They’ll also want the aircraft remains so they can put it next to the train to no where they have beside the highway.
I’m surprised the guy who wears the hard hat with the antenna sticking out the top didn’t show up and start directing traffic. 😂

  10. Reporters: do some research before reporting. You've mispronounced names and location. The hospital is Johnson CITY medical center.this crash didn't NOT happen in Johnson City!! The town the crashed happened in is pronounced E-lizabethton

  11. But did anyone on the ground in a car get killed?? The news only says. Ooh Jr. Was on the plane. And alive. Well that's great. But ummm. Yeah. There might be dead people in cars smashed

  12. Everyone is extremely glad that all in the plane came out with minor injuries and that no one was seriously hurt. Having said that…….Fox News commentator – learn how to pronounce things correctly and get your facts straight. It is pronounced Elizabeh- tun (like the weight – one ton)….not how you pronounced it. They were taken to "Johnson City Memorial Hospital"….NOT Johnson Hospital…..Johnson Hospital is in Johnson County close to North Carolina border. Carter County is where it took place and the First Responders were AWESOME!!! Please recognize their quick response and diligent work as ALL First Responders are under paid for what they do considering they are usually the first on scene and insure everyone's safety. Hope you do a better job on the follow-up!!
